You don’t need to provide a question or topic—if you don’t, your reading will focus on general energies and guidance. However, if you’d like me to focus on a specific area of your life, a situation, or a question, please include this when booking. A clear focus allows the reading to be more relevant and meaningful to your current energies and circumstances.

Tarot and Oracle readings are not fortune-telling and do not predict exact events, timelines, or outcomes. The future is not set in stone, and we each play an active role in shaping our own path. I work with the cards as a tool to offer insight, guidance, and self-reflection. Readings are designed to help you pause, reflect, and nurture yourself—providing a moment to consider your priorities, values, and desires—rather than giving specific predictions about the future. They are a space for empowerment, insight, and mindful reflection.

Readings about third parties without their consent are not provided. This ensures ethical boundaries and that the guidance is focused on you. I will always attempt to contact you if I believe your question is about a third party, to ask whether you would like to change your question or cancel your booking. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, or if a different question/topic is not provided, I reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund.

All readings are non-refundable. Each reading involves time, energy, and focus to provide personalised guidance, as well as the creation of your detailed PDF write-up. When you book a reading, a time is specifically allocated in my diary to prepare and deliver it. Because of the effort involved, refunds cannot normally be offered, and payment is retained if a booking is cancelled at the last minute or if there is no contact from the client.

Yes! You can request specific decks, spreads, or approaches to suit your preference when booking.

I am happy for someone to gift a reading. However, I will need to be in contact with the recipient before conducting the reading to discuss their question or topic. If I feel a reading has been booked for a third party without their consent, I reserve the right to cancel the booking.
