Christmas Wax Melt Advent Calendar – Preorder Policy
Preorders for our limited-edition Christmas Wax Melt Advent Calendars are open until 30th September (or while stocks last). These are made to order in limited quantities, so be sure to grab yours early!
Shipping Window
Orders will begin shipping from 3rd November, with all calendars dispatched by 23rd November to ensure arrival before 1st December.
Separate Shipping
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be shipped separately as soon as possible.
Full Payment
Full payment is taken at the time of preorder.
No Cancellations or Refunds
As each calendar is made to order, preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
Shipping Options
We offer either Yodel (3–5 working day estimated delivery) or Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive a tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched.
Potential Delays
We aim to ship all calendars by 23rd November. However, once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, particularly during the busy seasonal period.
